    Doman International Institute (DII) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering parents of children with brain injuries. At DII, we thrive when the families we serve thrive. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, enhance our brand presence, drive engagement across multiple platforms, and collaborate with our international team.

    Position Overview

    Title: Digital Marketing Manager

    Type: Part-Time (Hybrid) — Potential for full-time in the future.

    Hours: 25 hours per week

    Compensation: $25 per hour

    Location: Within driving distance of Conshohocken, PA.

    This is a hybrid role requiring one in-office day per week in Conshohocken, PA as well as quarterly in-person meetings. There is also a required weekly standing remote meeting with leadership from 3:30-5:00 pm ET on Thursdays.

    As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our online presence, generate leads, and engage our audience. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Development - Strategy & Execution: Create and manage professional video content for the website, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
    • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and analyze posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.
    • SEO & Website Management: Optimize website content for search engines, update web pages, and monitor performance metrics.
    • Paid Advertising: Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and other digital advertising efforts.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
    • Brand Development: Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all digital platforms.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
    • Expert in social media video content creation and editing. Samples of your work will be requested.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
    • Experience with content creation, email marketing, and social media management.
    • Graphic design skills for creating marketing visuals.
    • Proficiency in content development and marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a hybrid work environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
