What You'll Do:
As our Fiscal Director, you'll be the financial backbone of our organization, playing a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and enabling us to expand our reach and impact. You'll:
Competitive Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 annual salary, 100% employer-sponsored health insurance, and a retirement plan with a 3% company match.
Generous Time Off: 88 hours of paid holiday time (with a flexible "floating holiday" policy), 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, and 5 personal days.
Hybrid Work Option (After 6 Months): Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule in NYC after successfully completing the initial onboarding and training period, contingent upon successfully learning and maintaining all fiscal functions, and providing monthly closing of individual grant billing and organizational-wide reconciliations provided to the executive director for review.
