This team member will craft tailored donor communications such as newsletters, social media posts, and emails, and will support general communications to ensure broad and clear distribution of information about services and programs. This role will assist with grant management, including preparing and proofreading proposals and compiling program or financial data needed for grant applications and reports. Lastly, the Manager will provide administrative support to the executive team to ensure smooth organizational operations.

This role will work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and Associate Executive Director (AED) as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.

This part-time position can be structured based on the candidate’s preference as either a W-2 hourly employee or a 1099 independent contractor to best support the right candidate’s needs and working style.
