📌 Role Description:

Mainly responsible for measuring the impact of the volunteering program by setting success

indicators and analyzing performance to enhance organizational strategy.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Design and apply tools for measuring volunteer program impact.
• Collect and analyze data on participation and program effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports with quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose evidence-based strategies.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and gather feedback from volunteers and beneficiaries.
• Present reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
