📌 Role Description:
Mainly responsible for measuring the impact of the volunteering program by setting success
indicators and analyzing performance to enhance organizational strategy.
📝 Responsibilities:
- Design and apply tools for measuring volunteer program impact.
- Collect and analyze data on participation and program effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports with quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose evidence-based strategies.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and gather feedback from volunteers and beneficiaries.
- Present reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

- Writing technical and executive reports.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, etc.).
