About the role – Executive & Operations Coordinator:
The Executive & Operations Coordinator enhances organizational efficiency by coordinating all office operations. The person in this position executes day-to-day general administrative and business operations tasks and supports the Executive Director and Senior Director of Finance and Operations.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Office and Finance Administration – 65% (26 hours per week)
HR Administrative Support – 10% (4 hours per week)
Event Logistics – 15% (6 hours per week)
Executive Assistant – 10% (4 hours per week)

Compensation and Location
The League provides its employees with a competitive compensation package that is benchmarked annually with other nonprofits. The starting salary for this role is between $59,000 and $70,000. The starting salary is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skill set level, years of previous/applicable experience.

This position is located in Washington DC, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. Some travel will be expected (approximately 3 times per year).
