SUMMARY
Under direct supervision of the Program Director(s), the Clinical Consultant/Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical implementation and operations for the Program(s) and development and oversight of clinical programming, provides training for program staff, and may provide limited direct clinical therapeutic services.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bi-lingual is preferred with good communication and writing skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations, such as would be required to establish totals for timecards, supplies requests, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to use good judgment, to conduct professional and collaborative activities and solve practical problems within established limits and guidelines. Ability to recognize instances in which consultation with Human Resources, Director(s), Senior Director, CEO/ED and/or Board should be sought before a decision is made.
