The Communications and Education Associate will add capacity and expand CED’s work to “educate and inspire people who seek a world beyond capitalism.” This position will support CED’s ability to develop and deliver high quality communications and learning experiences across a range of audiences as part of our strategy to power movements for economic democracy. They will be an integral part of CED’s CommsEd Hub, which manages its own projects and provides support to all other CED programs and campaigns. CED has a strong and growing culture of internal participatory governance, inspired by the Worker Self-Directed Nonprofit model. This is a hybrid (remote and in-person) Boston-based position, and will work out of our Boston-based headquarters. On occasion, evening and weekend work will be part of this role.
