Community Partners today works with upwards of 140 fiscally-sponsored projects and 20 initiatives and manages roughly $70 million in revenues annually. Our work spans the fields of civic engagement, arts and culture, education, social justice, health, public policy, social services and youth.

THE POSITION
Community Partners seeks a full time, hourly (non-exempt) Senior Administrative Assistant. Reporting to a Vice President, this position provides high-level administrative support for the planning and execution of the Fiscal Sponsorship program as well peer learning convenings, workshops, trainings, and other events. And general administrative support of the capacity building team.
Community Partners staff are working remotely but are required to be in-office one day a week (which may increase in the future) and position is located in Los Angeles County. This role will be required to travel locally (across LA County), occasional evening and/or weekend work and provide on-site event support.

QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL
The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, frequently required to walk and stand. The employee must use their hands to operate office equipment and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally climb, stoop, kneel or bend. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with special needs to perform essential job duties.
COMPENSATION
Salary $65,000 - $72,000 D.O.E
Benefits include 15 paid holidays and 10 vacation days per year during first two years of employment and increases based on years of service thereafter, a 403(b) plan with employer match, medical, dental, vision, flex spending, and a range of professional development opportunities. Community Partners has a 9/80 work week option under which employees may elect to work 80 hours in 9 days and take every other Friday off (after completion of introductory period).
