    As a Vice President, you will oversee, coach, and guide a division of talented, passionate team members to identify, implement, and achieve division-wide strategic approaches and programs. Your mission will be to develop, implement, measure, and evaluate the overall strategic approach to Equality Federation’s programs, ensure that different program areas work in concert, and facilitate program team collaboration with other divisions and departments. This helps to strategically impact our strategic plan/priorities by ensuring our program offerings are innovative, best meet the needs of our state partners and the state-based LGBTQ+ equality movement, and are of the highest quality.
