    Staff Supervision & Development:

      • Hire, supervise, and support staff to ensure high performance.
      • Implement a positive culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and development.
      • Provide regular feedback, training, and professional development opportunities for staff.
      • Foster a work environment where staff are empowered to contribute their best ideas and solutions.

    Operational Management:

      • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
      • Adjust operations as needed to meet demand.
      • Continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

    Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement:

      • Build relationships with funders and key stakeholders.
      • Advocate for policy development and participate in shaping early childhood education initiatives.
      • Represent KenCrest in external meetings and presentations, promoting our mission and services.

    Compliance & Financial Management:

      • Manage the program budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
      • Develop and implement strategies to meet financial and performance goals.
      • Establish and monitor financial controls to minimize waste and ensure accountability.

    Qualifications:
