Position: Intake Coordinator
Reports to: Supportive Services Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid position with some in-person work required. Applicants must live in LA County and be able to get to our office or event locations with reliable transportation. Paid parking is provided for employees. Hours: Full-time, non-exempt, Mon – Fri with a 37.5 hour work week, including some evening and weekend work.
Position Objective: The Intake Coordinator will work to create and maintain services for NCJW|LA clients, program participants, and community members with a centralized entry point for accessing NCJW|LA programs and services.

General Duties and Responsibilities
The Intake Coordinator will collaborate with the Supportive Services Manager to develop and maintain services designed to meet the needs of NCJW|LA clients, program participants, and community members. The coordinator will conduct and track intake, identify client needs, keep participant and community partner information current, and coordinate general programs and services for our participant community. The ideal candidate should show teamwork, leadership, empathy, and creativity, and support women's economic justice and equality. They should also value respect, responsibility, and people's well-being.

The anticipated salary range for a non-profit Intake Coordinator position is $23.21 - $26.66 an hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
