UHF’s emerging new line of work, Health Equity Regional Organization (HERO), works to achieve this vision by bridging and advancing quality and equity and supporting the delivery of health-related social needs (HRSN) screening and services.

About the Role
We are seeking multiple Program Managers to join a dedicated team working to improve the Medicaid program by reducing health disparities, advancing quality and health equity, and supporting the delivery of HRSN services.
In this dynamic role, you will apply your expertise in health equity, project management, qualitative research, community engagement, and communications to facilitate regional needs assessment and planning activities. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, use quantitative and qualitative data to conduct gap analyses, and gather community input to inform regional health equity plans.
