Organizer – Multiplier Project

Reports to: Project Director, Multiplier Project
Compensation: $4000-5000 per month.

About the Role
Activate America is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Organizer to support the expansion of the Multiplier Project—a bold new initiative to build grassroots organizing power in key battleground House districts ahead of the 2026 election.
The Organizer will work directly with the Project Director to identify and engage local partners, support district-level planning, and ensure smooth coordination across timelines, events, and trainings. This role is ideal for someone with strong campaign or issue-based organizing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, remote team environment and wants to build real political power.
