We are looking for a team member seeking a professional home and enjoys partnering with a diverse client base, each at a different stage of their own JEDI journey. We do not shy away from complex and controversial discussions, and we value the whole of each team member's life experience and philosophy. This team member will be US-based (with Tribesy team members on both coasts) and act as the glue holding our consultant's schedules and priorities in order.

    • Good knowledge and skill base in (and passion for) JEDI concepts
    • Strong personal drive to foster positive, lasting change
    • An easy going demeanor, able to remain personable while maintaining professional distance
    • A problem-solving, proactive nature
    • A learning mindset
    • Networking skills (existing professional networks greatly preferred)
    • Tech-savviness

    What You Can Do:

    If you have a natural talent for, or experience in, the following areas, consider joining us:

    • Scheduling meetings, presentations, and Tribesy events with partners, support organizations, and media connections.
    • Able to respond quickly to shifting priorities while retaining a level of expected quality.
    • Fastidious note-taking
    • Communicating personal perspective on any and all Tribesy efforts, plans, and topics of discussion
    • Proof-reading and editing
    • Schedule and priority tracking
    • Precise calendar management across time zones, projects, and emergencies
    • Email monitoring and reporting out
    • Organizing meeting itineraries and work retreat schedules/priorities
    • Experience as a central point of contact for potentially dozens of different third parties

    What You've Done:

    The new team member will work closely with the Tribesy co-founders and principle consultants as they grow into the Tribesy brand. Tribesy is flexible with the following baseline experience and education:

    • 5 or more years of practical operations management experience
    • Undergraduate degree in a field necessitating human understanding
    • Equivalent practical experience can be used if you do not hold an undergraduate degree

    This position is remote with approximately 25% travel. The new team member will work half time/choice hours (based on a 32 -hour week) and have the following:

    Salary Range is dependent on level of experience and geographic location. This is not an hourly position.
