Operations Manager

We are looking for a team member seeking a professional home and enjoys partnering with a diverse client base, each at a different stage of their own JEDI journey. This team member will be US-based (with Tribesy team members on both coasts) and act as the glue holding our consultant's schedules and priorities in order.

• Experience as a central point of contact for potentially dozens of different third parties

What You've Done:

The new team member will work closely with the Tribesy co-founders and principle consultants as they grow into the Tribesy brand. Tribesy is flexible with the following baseline experience and education:

• 5 or more years of practical operations management experience
• Undergraduate degree in a field necessitating human understanding
• Equivalent practical experience can be used if you do not hold an undergraduate degree
