This is a volunteer position. You must be 18 years of age or older. A partial list of responsibilities:
- Oversee all revenue and expenses, and create financial statements
- Communicate financial information to the Board at least twice per year
- Work with other Board members to create canDID Expressions’ budget draft and seek approval from the board on annual budget
- Ensure sound fiscal policies and procedures
- Act as an official signer on the bank account and work with the Chair on large monetary distributions
- Oversee financial agreements
- Participate in revenue generation activities,
- In cooperation with the Board, accept responsibility for filing annual tax forms as required by the state and IRS
- Provide a full financial report to the Board of Directors annually
