    Description

    This is a volunteer position. You must be 18 years of age or older. A partial list of responsibilities:

    • Oversee all revenue and expenses, and create financial statements
    • Communicate financial information to the Board at least twice per year
    • Work with other Board members to create canDID Expressions’ budget draft and seek approval from the board on annual budget
    • Ensure sound fiscal policies and procedures
    • Act as an official signer on the bank account and work with the Chair on large monetary distributions
    • Oversee financial agreements
    • Participate in revenue generation activities,
    • In cooperation with the Board, accept responsibility for filing annual tax forms as required by the state and IRS
    • Provide a full financial report to the Board of Directors annually
