📌 Role Description:
Responsible for designing and implementing training programs to ensure that volunteers
acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
📝 Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training sessions on technical and socio-emotional skills.
- Identify training needs and adapt content to program requirements.
- Develop educational materials and training resources.
- Coordinate with experts and facilitators to conduct workshops and seminars.
- Implement participatory and project-based learning methodologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback.
