Position Overview
The Program Manager supports Program Directors across three thematic focus areas to create content in sustainability; equity; and values aligned investing practices. This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen intellect who enjoys serving as a thought partner -and- is motivated by the challenges of event and project production. This position offers a powerful opportunity to dive deep into the impact investing industry, build contacts, and learn alongside top industry investing experts. Key skills required: a general background and very strong interest in values aligned investing; attention to detail; ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks; satisfaction from supporting others and leading from behind. Ability to work with busy C Suite executives with patience, humor, and compassion.
Reports to: Supports three Program Directors
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 with full health, dental, and retirement benefits
Location – Non-Negotiable: Mid-town New York City office. Must be available weekdays starting at 9:00 am – 6 pm (anticipate shorter summer hours). In office hours will be 3-4 days weekly and as needed.
