Starting Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000
The Role: The Policy Associate plays a vital role in keeping the Policy team organized and effective. This position ensures seamless coordination of daily operations, enabling the team to focus on advancing policies that make food more accessible. From scheduling and logistics to preparing key materials and supporting external partnerships, the Policy Associate is an essential contributor to our mission. A successful candidate thrives on supporting others, excels in problem-solving, and will be excited for valuable exposure to strategic advocacy efforts that create radical change.

Additional Requirements
Working Location: All employees are currently working a hybrid remote and in-office model and are expected to work in the office each week. The Policy Associate will typically need to be present in the East Boston office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and may require additional in-person work as needed.
COVID-19 Vaccine Policy: For the safety and protection of Project Bread Staff & Constituents we do have a COVID-19 Vaccine Policy that requires all staff to be fully vaccinated per the CDC definition. Accommodation requests will be considered through our normal request process.
