    Position Overview:

    The Integrate for Good Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Integrate for Good programs. This individual will work closely with the Integrate for Good Program Director, community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to promote inclusivity and facilitate meaningful interactions between diverse populations. The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of our organization. This is an in-person position. The Program Manager will work out of the Integrate for Good Connectivity Hub in Norristown, PA (Worcester Township) with other assignments throughout Montgomery County.

    Key Responsibilities:

      1. Develop and execute programming to advance the mission and goals of Integrate for Good.
      2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and support for program initiatives.
      3. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support program activities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive volunteer base.
      4. Design and implement programmatic initiatives, events, and activities aimed at fostering understanding and community-building among diverse groups.
      5. Collaborate on program budgets, grants, and fundraising efforts to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.
      6. Collect and analyze data to measure program impact and effectiveness, and use findings to inform program improvements and future planning.
      7. Serve as an ambassador for Integrate for Good, representing the organization at community events and meetings.
      8. Stay informed about relevant social, cultural, and political issues affecting diversity and inclusion, and integrate this knowledge into program planning and implementation.
      9. Collaborate with interns, and contractors as necessary.
      10. Uphold the values and principles of the organization, including a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of program operations.

    Qualifications:

      • Minimum of two years of experience in program management, community organizing, or related field, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and disability inclusion.
      • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others toward a common goal.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
      • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including community members, partner organizations, funders, and volunteers.
      • Experience in budget management, grant writing, and fundraising preferred.
      • Knowledge of issues related to disability inclusion, and a willingness to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
      • Commitment to the mission and values of Integrate for Good, including a dedication to promoting social justice and positive social change.
      • Familiarity with resources and businesses in the Montgomery County geographical area.

    A successful candidate will possess these qualifications:

      • Experience in developing and delivering presentations.
      • Social media fluency with experience in social media marketing campaign management, publishing, content creation, and distribution.

      • Flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

      • Experience in coordinating events, projects, or campaigns.

      • Comfortable using various communication and collaboration tools.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

    Compensation and Benefits:

      • Salary: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience and qualifications. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required, with flexible scheduling options available.
