WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dedicated HR & Operations Assistant who thrives in a fully remote environment and can support the seamless functioning of our daily operations. Reporting to the Director of HR & Operations, this individual will provide essential remote administrative and operational support to both our C3 and C4, assisting the Operations team on a range of critical functions and supporting on a range of scheduling, finance, systems, and other needs.
The ideal candidate is extremely proactive, organized, and skilled in various administrative and HR functions, including supporting organizational leaders on scheduling, handling various administrative tasks with little guidance or oversight, candidate stewardship, new employee onboarding, and maintaining digital HR records. They will also support internal communications, remote event coordination, and assist in administering company policies and procedures. This individual should have experience or a willingness to learn about remote operations support, including vendor management, digital tools administration, and compliance with organizational policies across a C3 and C4.
This role is a fit for someone who is an expert multitasker with an extreme detail-orientation. They are able to anticipate needs, proactively identify potential bottlenecks and process gaps, and roll up their sleeves to step in on a range of support needs across all projects and teams in the organization. This person must be flexible, able to adapt to support needs and requests in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities. Innovation, curiosity, experimentation, and commitment to constant learning on the work we do both internally and externally are critical for success.
THE WORK
The HR & Operations Assistant will focus on these core areas:
Remote Operations and Administrative Support: 50%
HR Support and Coordination: 35%
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Project Support: 15%
