Summary:
The Senior Manager, Data & Information Technology is responsible for managing data, operational infrastructure, and the application of information technology at PFLAG National. This includes advancing data reporting, analytics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to tell a story. The Senior Manager, Data & Information Technology will focus on collecting and analyzing data to inform evidence-based decisions in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities and goals. They will also manage our physical infrastructure and assets to ensure that our hardware and software are adequate for the needs of the organization. This candidate will be an expert in managing central databases like Salesforce, Asana, and other pivotal organizational assets. The Senior Manager, Data & Information Technology will manage a Data & Information Technology Coordinator and reports to the Vice President, Administration & Finance.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range is $89,129 - $100,272 commensurate with experience, expertise and other qualifying factors.
Position Type and Work Hours: This is a full-time role, typically Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. This is a hybrid position for staff based in the Washington, DC or DMV area requiring 2 days per week in the DC office. Must be able and willing to travel as needed
