Your mission will be to be a key member of the Equality Federation team, responsible for running the day-to-day business and financial operations of the organization. This role involves adhering to our financial policies and procedures to successfully prepare accurate and timely financial information to support organizational decision-making. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the organization stays compliant with federal and state authorities. This role supports our strategic priority of growing sustainably and becoming the best place to work in the movement by providing the financial data and information necessary for us to make decisions.

    Compensación

    • Remote Work: Ability to work from anywhere in the contiguous United States with broadband internet and access to a major airport (within easy travel range to DC a plus)
