    Descripción

    • Support the organization President with general office needs (scheduling and preparing for board meetings and events, correspondence letters, organizing and responding to emails, etc.)
    • Maintain organizational records in the Google Suite (organize files, upload documents, keep calendars, folders, etc)
    • Assist the organization Treasurer with proper accounting, including accounts payable, budget tracking, etc.,
      • Input bills and expenses in Quickbooks; update Quickbooks with payments received, etc.
      • Reconcile accounts with bookkeeper
    • Maintain the organization’s donor database in Bloomerang
      • Gift tracking and gift receipting
      • Updating donor records
      • Sending and developing mailings and newsletters
    • Work with our outside website company to update and maintain the PA website, social media/social media calendar.
    • Work with “Inspire” to assist with Inspire relationship and disease community:
      • Watch for and respond to Inspire posts and inquiries.
    • Gather, write, and edit patient stories – “real life stories” – and media releases.
    • Expand and maintain a list of providers who specialize in pericarditis.
    • Co-facilitate a monthly patient support group.
    • Champion special projects, such as a brochure for pericarditis patients to take to the ER.
    • Support event attendance logistics: coordinate travel; prepare promotional items.
    • Other duties as assigned
