We're seeking a meticulous and dedicated Operational Specialist ready to impact a virtual and meaningful work environment significantly. With a passion for immigration justice, you will be the backbone of our team's organization and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Champion Immigration Justice: Bring a genuine passion for making a difference in the realm of immigration to ensure each task is completed with integrity and purpose.
Call Coordination: Take detailed and structured notes during partner and fundraising calls to capture key points and actions.
Meeting Planning: Efficiently schedule meetings, maximizing productivity for all parties involved.
Data Management: Accurately enter vital information into Salesforce records, including Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
Financial Operations: Handle the payment of invoices and expenses through the Gusto platform with a conscientious approach.
Organize Documents and Folders: Ensure all documentation is neatly filed and easily accessible.
Platform Experience
Required
- 2 Years minimum of Salesforce data entry and navigation. Salesforce certifications a strong plus.
- 2 Years minimum of Google Suite and Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- 1 Years minimum of Slack

- Gusto HR Platform

- Basic accounting correspondence
- GiveButter donation platform

- Zoom Webinar hosting, page creation, guest correspondence, etc.
