      • Recruit, select, and onboard youth participants (ages 16-24) as Digital Equity Ambassadors, providing them with ongoing support, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.
      • Monitor the progress of youth participants throughout their training and provide additional coaching or resources as needed to ensure successful program completion.
      • Design and implement strategies for youth to engage with the community through digital literacy outreach, including group sessions, one-on-one support, and technical assistance.
    • Community Outreach and Training:
      • Plan and execute outreach events, workshops, and trainings to engage older adults, individuals with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups in digital literacy activities.
      • Partner with local faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and community centers to deliver targeted digital inclusion programming.
      • Facilitate the distribution of internet-enabled devices to eligible community members, ensuring that recipients are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use these tools effectively.
    • Digital Resource Lab Management:
      • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Digital Resource Lab at the East Kinston Neighborhood Hub, ensuring it is a welcoming and fully functional space for community use.

      • Track key metrics and outcomes related to program activities, such as the number of individuals trained, devices distributed, and technical support provided.
      • Prepare and present reports on program impact, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders, including grant funders and community partners.
      • Utilize data collection tools, including surveys and feedback forms, to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
