    About the Role

    The Contracts & Compliance Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting AidKit's contracting and compliance operations. This position will focus on assisting in the maintenance of our contract management systems, tracking compliance requirements, and implementing systematic approaches to contract administration. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with careful attention to detail to help build and maintain robust compliance and contract management processes. Working directly with the Contracts and Compliance Manager, this role will help streamline our processes and maintain our high standards of organizational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Maintain and organize contract filing systems while ensuring proper documentation and accessibility
    • Support automation initiatives and process improvements; develop and implement data validation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in contract management systems
    • Support DocuSign/Hubspot setup and maintenance for contract management
    • Track contract deadlines and coordinate with the invoicing team to ensure timely processing
    • Assist in compliance tracking and documentation of key contractual requirements
    • Create and maintain training documentation and standard operating procedures
    About You

    These are not firm "qualifications" required, we care more about the skills you exhibit and a growth mindset than checking boxes.

    • At least 1 year of experience in contract administration, compliance, or related field
    • Must be comfortable building automations using third party tools including AI
    • Must have a stable internet connection.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high accuracy in data-intensive work
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, extract insights from complex documents, and propose process improvements
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining careful attention to detail
    • Track record of creating and maintaining systematic approaches to organizing information
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
    • You care deeply about the mission of direct aid and supporting people who need help, no matter where they come from

    Compensation and Location

    For this full-time position, you can work from anywhere in the United States. This role offers $40/hour with up to 40 hours per week to begin - has possibility of growth.
