BOARD MEETINGS, 6 to 10 per annum
Prepare Meeting Agenda with President and distribute one week prior
Announce Board Meetings
Record Minutes
Keep Minutes Book and Record of Membership
Maintain contact lists with phone, email and mailing address of Parks Department and City Government and FDHP Directors/Officers
CALENDAR
Maintain CALENDAR of Board and Committee Meetings, Events, Due Dates
