Role Responsibilities and Qualifications

Encourage balanced participation and redirect off-topic conversations when needed. Learn topics and resources relevant to the specific group(s) assigned. Commit to co-facilitating at least 4 sessions per year.
- Qualifications: Strong listening and facilitation skills. Comfort discussing LGBTQ+ topics, including transgender and gender-expansive experiences, preferred. Willingness to learn more about the unique needs and dynamics of the group(s) assigned. Training provided; no prior facilitation experience necessary.
- Time Commitment: Up to 2 hours per session (especially if in-person, with setup and clean-up).
