Your Role Could Include:

-Delivering food to classrooms.
-Supporting meal programs that ensure no child goes through their school day hungry.

Schools across Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington county have various volunteer needs. We try our best to match volunteers with schools in close proximity to them, however this can vary depending on the schools needs and demands.
To sign-up please email volunteer@foodsharingproject.org with your weekday availability between 7:30am-3:30pm. If you would simply like to inquire please feel free to reach out. You will also need to have a Vulnerable Sector Background Check completed in order to get started. If you are volunteering for a school in Kingston this can be completed with the Kingston Police, and if you are volunteering for a school in the surrounding counties it will need to be completed with the Ontario Provincial Police.
