About Us
The Food Sharing Project is a vital partner in school nutrition, working to ensure students have access to healthy meals and snacks every day. We source, purchase, and deliver nutritious food at no cost to schools in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington, enabling school staff and volunteers to create inclusive, stigma-free nutrition programs tailored to their students’ needs. Our work goes beyond food delivery—we provide resources, training, and equipment to support sustainable, high-quality programs. With the help of dedicated volunteers and generous community support, we aim to improve students' readiness to learn, grow, and succeed.
