  • About Us

LIFETOWN is an indoor, realistic city where students with disabilities visit to learn and practice important life skills. All of the shops are working and real. Volunteers, staff all the shops in the village and through role-play, help the students in a caring and supportive way, learn these important life skills that will help them transition from school to the real world. The lessons and interactions that take place at LifeTown cannot be duplicated in the classroom. However, classroom work and work at home with parents, can reinforce and expand on the lessons learned at LifeTown.
