The Engineers and Scientists of California Local 20, International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, AFL-CIO & CLC is a democratic labor union representing more than 8,000 workers throughout California. The Local is headquartered in Oak-land and has an experienced, activist, and united Executive Board. ESC Local 20 members are highly skilled professionals employed principally at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”), Kaiser Permanente, private and public health care facilities, local and federal government agencies, and legal non-profits.
