    Job Summary

    The People and Culture Department plays a central role in recruiting, developing, recognizing, and retaining our people. While all Neighborhood House leadership is responsible for instilling a culture that aligns with our values. The People and Culture Department plays a foundational role of actualizing this culture, which enables us to fulfill our mission.

    The People and Culture Manager, who reports to the Director of People and Culture, is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the People and Culture team and in collaboration with and support of the Director, will provide oversight in the development and implementation of the agency’s hiring, on-boarding, professional development, learning management systems, and employee performance management systems. They will support key project areas for the People and Culture Team, ensuring timely and collaborative delivery.

    The People and Culture Manager supports the HR functions for 350+ employees and supervises the P&C Partners and Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator. This position is a member of the Mission Support Leadership Team and the Agency’s Leadership Team.
