    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior member of our leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s daily agenda, with calendar management being a key focus. The successful candidate will be resourceful, organized, creative, and proactive, excited to be in the midst of a busy and hectic work environment.     Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar for the executive, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
      • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritizing and rearranging meetings as needed to align with priorities.
      • Coordinate and confirm meeting logistics including agendas, locations, video conferencing setup, and materials preparation.
      • Identify and/or prepare materials for meetings, conferences, programs, and major events
      • Assist with planning and execution of in-office events.
      • Handle domestic and international travel logistics
      • Provide assistance to senior staff as needed
      • Perform other duties as requested.

    Qualifications:

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a key supporting role to a senior level executive
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
      • Familiarity with and/or experience working in a Jewish organization a plus
      • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information
      • Must be able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
      • Outstanding proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Concur and Salesforce
      • Requires flexibility with work schedule and occasional travel required
      • Ability to work on site in New York City
