    Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote mental health therapy services across digital platforms, print media, and local outreach.

Collaborate with therapists, clinical staff, and leadership to highlight specialized services (e.g., anxiety, trauma, couples therapy, child/adolescent therapy).

Build relationships with local physicians, schools, community centers, and organizations to drive referrals and partnerships.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and patient acquisition metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Coordinate and represent the clinic at community health fairs, speaking events, and wellness workshops.

Oversee SEO strategies and online listings to improve visibility on search engines and directories.

Ensure all marketing efforts align with mental health care regulations, HIPAA, and ethical advertising standards.

Maintain marketing calendars, advertising budgets, and vendor relationships.

Stay current on mental health trends, patient behavior, and local demographics to adjust marketing approaches accordingly.

                        Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.

Understanding of mental health services, therapy modalities, and patient needs.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and ethical considerations in healthcare marketing.

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Passion for mental wellness, social impact, and reducing stigma in underserved communities.
