DESCRIPTION
Science Club for Girls (SCFG), a Cambridge-based non-profit established in 1994, seeks a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee inventory management, including cataloging, purchasing (online and in-person), and receiving curriculum materials, as well as ensuring supplies are stocked and organized for curriculum supply packing events. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to manage supplier relationships, handle administrative and operational tasks to support our growing organization and will work closely with the Senior Program Director to oversee the distribution of supply kits to Science Club participants. The ideal candidate will be motivated by our mission, have experience in operations/inventory management and be able to collaborate effectively across teams.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
SCFG is located in Kendall Square, convenient to the Kendall/MIT MBTA station. This position requires on-site work 5 days a week. Occasionally, SCFG participates in organizational or partner related events that occur on weekdays and weekends. The salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000. Benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, 3-weeks paid time off plus one week off at the end of the calendar year, 12 paid holidays, and 6 personal/sick days annually. This position is open to Massachusetts residents only. A valid Massachusetts driver's license is required for this position. The role requires driving to vendors, clubs, and events within the Greater Boston area. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the region. The ability to operate a vehicle in compliance with Massachusetts state laws is essential to perform the job effectively.
