The Member and Donor Information Specialist (MDIS) plays a vital role in ensuring a high-level of service to AMC’s members and donors by managing accurate gift processing, maintaining data integrity, and providing exceptional customer service. As a part of AMC’s Development Team, the MDIS is responsible for processing membership payments, donations, and subscriptions, while collaborating across departments to ensure consistent data quality and efficient operations.
This full-time position reports to the Assistant Director of Development Operations and is based at AMC’s Boston headquarters, with an option for a flexible hybrid schedule that balances in-office time with working from home.
