    🌟 What You’ll Do

    • Manage and support a caseload of high school students (grades 9-12).
    • Recruit, screen, and assess students to identify their needs and goals.
    • Provide individual and group counseling on college admissions, financial aid, and scholarships.
    • Conduct workshops and presentations at schools and community organizations.
    • Organize college campus visits, College & Career Fairs, and enrichment activities.
    • Assist students with college exam registration and requirements.
    • Collaborate with school staff to tailor support to school-specific needs.
