The Opportunity
The Chief Program and Operations Officer has strategic and operational responsibility for The Campagna Center (TCC) programs and manages a group of program leaders and operational team members. The CPOO helps to ensure implementation of strategic and organizational priorities and drives accountability for program-level goals, ensuring we achieve desired results across our programs. The CPOO will be highly skilled at building relationships, supporting leaders, setting goals, communicating, influencing, and problem solving to foster organizational success. The CPOO will reports to the President & CEO, serve on the Executive Leadership Team and operate as the designee for the President & CEO in their absence. Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $145,000; starting salary will be determined commensurate with experience operating at a scale similar to the essential duties. TCC offers a generous leave policy and an array of other benefits. This position may exercise a hybrid remote work schedule providing the schedule comports with organizational needs and company policy. The remote work location must allow for commuting to the office.
