TASSC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Employer Outreach and Career Development Coordinator. This role is integral to our mission of supporting survivors of torture by helping them achieve their career goals and secure meaningful employment. As an Employer Outreach and Career Development Coordinator, you will work closely with survivors to create individualized career plans, develop relationships with local employers, and coordinate our Professional Mentorship Program. You will also help survivors navigate training programs and provide support to those interested in starting small businesses. Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering survivors, helping them rebuild their lives, and fostering a supportive community.
