    Description

    We are seeking to hire a Director of Development and Operations for Climate Health Now. The Director will work closely with our Executive Director (ED) as well as with our volunteer team leaders and allies to support and develop the organization’s programs to support equitable climate action across California centered on health and health equity.

    CHN is a growing start-up organization. A successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of moving forward with multiple projects concurrently. Our ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with fundraising and development, operations and organizational strategy. They will have shown an ability to work effectively with diverse coalitions to realize change in the world.

    Benefits

    • CHN operates with a 4 days/week work-week with some flexibility in work hours for a 32 hours/week
