NBJWJ is based upon a direct-action model of solidarity, and we organize to support our broad-based membership. We are currently focused on supporting farmworkers, landscapers, and resilience workers who are organizing for justice and a just transition on the front lines of climate change fueled wildfires, floods, and drought. We are affiliated with National Jobs with Justice and are based in Santa Rosa, CA.
