    What We’re Looking For:

    Rock Creek Foundation is seeking a  full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team

    in Silver Spring, MD. As the HR Manager, you will primarily lead and oversee the daily

    operations of the HR department for the RCF and CCRN entities. You will oversee roughly

    less than 200 employees in total for both entities. The HR Manager will be an RCF employee

    and will focus on critical areas such as enhancing employee engagement, supporting staff

    recognition and wellness initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment law and

    personnel policies. They will also take the lead in resolving employee relations issues. This

    role will be pivotal in establishing a seamless HR experience that empowers our staff and

    contributes to the continued growth and success of RCF and CCRN. This role involves

    providing direction and supervision for our core HR functions and reporting directly to the

    Director of Human Resources and the RCF President, as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead HR team management, compliance, and employee relations.
    • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure HR policy compliance, benefits administration, and training programs.
    • Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and support decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of HR experience, SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
    • Strong background in HR compliance, employee relations is a must, performance management, and recruitment.
    • Nonprofit or healthcare HR Manager experience preferred.
    • Ability to pass a background and fingerprint check.

    What You’ll Get:
