JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager (PM) will coordinate the overall operations, logistics, marketing, and curriculum planning of the GCSA mentorship programs at partner high schools and corporate sites. Working alongside the Program Director, the PM will ensure the program runs smoothly and effectively support both mentees and mentor pairs in achieving postsecondary success.
The ideal candidate is confident, creative, and deeply committed to supporting a progressive youth development, college and career readiness after-school program. They will effectively utilize excellent facilitation, program coordination, and communication skills to serve and foster growth in cohorts of high school and college students in the GCSA mentorship program.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The Program Manager reports to the Program Director.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL BE/HAVE:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: The Program Manager must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience working with youth, as well as managing systems and operations.
Familiarity with New York City high schools and teaching experience is preferred. Candidates must also be comfortable working in a classroom setting.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Program Manager will perform any other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
COMPENSATION: Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, based on experience. Benefits include medical insurance, a 401(k), and three weeks of paid vacation.
