Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee internal operations and lead long-term planning to ensure growth and financial sustainability. You will develop efficient, people-centered systems and manage the Atlanta headquarters, cultivating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on leader and strategic thinker with a record of guiding teams, solving complex problems, and driving impactful change.
You’ll excel in this role if you:
Location: Atlanta, GA - Black Feminist Future operates in a hybrid environment, and this role requires an in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays as the leader of the Infrastructure and Operations team.
Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000, plus a competitive benefits package including IRA contributions, medical and dental coverage, and professional development opportunities.
Travel: Up to 35% for retreats and program-related needs.
