As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated and experienced Cashier/Bursar to oversee our financial operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Cashier/Bursar with at least 3 years of experience in school financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all school dues are collected, recorded, and properly managed. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in financial record-keeping.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all school fees and dues collection, ensuring timely payments from parents and guardians.
Follow up on outstanding fees on a daily basis throughout each school term.
Maintain accurate financial records and balance the school’s accounts.
Assist with data entry and manage financial data using Microsoft Excel.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the school administration.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Strong academic qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information with integrity.
