We are looking for an Operations Specialist eager to have an impact at a high-growth SaaS company. You’ll be joining our growing (remote) team in Richmond, VA as we continue to expand across the country.
You’ll have the opportunity to support the Chief Operating Officer in managing a wide variety of company functions from Finance & HR, Customer Experience, Product, to Sales & Marketing teams. As a self-starter, you’re passionate about building and implementing processes, managing special projects, and going above and beyond to cultivate strong relationships and establish rapport with internal stakeholders, all with an eye toward scalability.
This role also involves collaborating closely with team leads across the organization to ensure alignment on priorities, streamline communication, and identify opportunities for operational improvements. You'll assist as a connector between departments, helping to surface insights, remove blockers, and keep initiatives on track. Your ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and juggle competing priorities will be key to driving momentum and supporting company-wide growth.
